Our services

A detailed overview of WaterJet water cutting services we offer to our clients.

WaterJet water cutting

WaterJet technology uses an ultra-high pressure water stream (up to 6,000 bar) with an abrasive additive (garnet), enabling precise cutting of virtually any material. The process is cold, so the material does not undergo thermal deformation or structural changes.

  • Working pressure up to 6,000 bar
  • Work table 1500 x 3000 mm
  • Maximum cutting thickness up to 200 mm (depending on material)
  • CNC control — any 2D shapes
  • No heat-affected zone (HAZ)

Metal cutting

We specialise in cutting all types of metals — from structural and stainless steel, through aluminium and copper, to titanium and special alloys. WaterJet is the ideal solution wherever traditional thermal cutting methods could alter the material structure.

  • Structural and stainless steel
  • Aluminium and aluminium alloys
  • Copper, brass, bronze
  • Titanium and titanium alloys
  • Thin and thick-walled sheets

Stone and ceramics cutting

WaterJet perfectly handles hard and brittle materials such as granite, marble, ceramics or porcelain. Precise cutting allows creating decorative patterns, inlays and architectural elements.

  • Granite, marble, sandstone
  • Ceramic and porcelain tiles
  • Decorative elements and inlays
  • Kitchen and bathroom countertops

Glass and plastics cutting

With WaterJet technology, we can precisely cut tempered glass, laminated glass, as well as plastics, plexiglass, polycarbonate and composites. No risk of cracking or micro-fractures.

  • Plexiglass (PMMA) and polycarbonate
  • Engineering and technical plastics
  • Composites and laminates
  • Rubber and technical gaskets

Additional services

In addition to cutting, we also offer comprehensive support — from design to delivery of finished parts.

  • Technical advice and technology selection
  • CAD/CAM design from sketches or descriptions
  • Prototyping — fast production of individual parts
  • Series cutting of elements
  • Delivery across the country

Cutting quality levels

We offer 5 cutting quality levels — from separation cut to precision finish. We match the quality to your needs and budget.

Quality Q1 — separation cut
Q1

Separation cut

Fastest cut with visible striation marks. Used where edge appearance doesn't matter — e.g. parts for further processing.

Quality Q2 — rough cut
Q2

Rough cut

Slightly visible marks on the bottom edge. A good option for structural parts and hidden components where time and cost matter.

Quality Q3 — medium cut
Q3

Medium cut

Universal quality — a good compromise between speed and appearance. Smooth edge with minimal marks. Most frequently chosen option.

Quality Q4 — fine cut
Q4

Fine cut

High-quality edges, virtually no striation marks. Ideal for decorative elements and visible structural parts.

Quality Q5 — precision cut
Q5

Precision cut

Highest quality — perfectly smooth edge without additional finishing. Used for parts with the highest dimensional requirements.
